As a transformational coach, Leslye is deeply committed to guiding her clients towards finding balance, harmony, and a renewed sense of purpose. Leslye's transition to an empty nester has been a significant phase of her life, marking both an end and a beginning. Following a successful career in corporate America as a leader and many years coaching friends, family, peers and direct reports at work, I created a coaching business focused on guiding clients through transition in their personal and professional lives. The addition of plant medicine to assist in my personal expansion led to psychedelic integration coaching, guiding, facilitation and other new tools and techniques being added to the coaching practice. This became The Transformation Hub, started in early 2022 by Leslye and I. We took what we have learned and are now sharing this with our clients in both group and individual retreats and coaching programs. Initially focusing on baby boomers and late gen xers, we have found that our tribe includes all age groups from young adults to elders. Come warm your hands by the fire and join our community.

WHY WORK WITH US
Initially as individuals, then as a couple and finally as a family we have been though a lot together, healing old wounds, learning to love ourselves first then others, filling up our own cups so that we can share our energy with others, moving from contention to curiosity, being present and leading with love at all times. We are life long learners having spent thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars in classes, on coaches, in masterminds, at conferences and seminars, working with mentors and spending time guiding and supporting people through their journey so that you do not have to. All of this is to create the best versions of ourselves so that we can help you craft the best version of you.
